A Marion woman was seriously injured Tuesday morning in a construction zone crash along Interstate 80 westbound near mile marker 254, according to an Iowa State Patrol crash report.
Troopers said a 2021 Mack truck driven by 62-year-old John G. Sueper of Cedar Rapids was backing up to other construction equipment around 10:45 a.m. when he struck a worker on foot.
