Waffle House has filed plans to build a new 1,840-square-foot restaurant at the corner of Eldorado Parkway and Little Elm Parkway in Little Elm. The filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation was registered on September 30, 2025, with construction expected to begin on October 15, 2025. Work is scheduled to wrap up by March 2026. The project is privately funded and will be a ground-up build on currently vacant land.
The site sits at a busy intersection surrounded by residential neighborhoods and local retail. Directly across the street are businesses such as Kuppanna Little Elm, LE Massage, and Elm Colony Pediatric Dentistry.
