BEXAR COUNTY, Texas — A prank involving a Netflix account spiraled into violence last week, ending with gunfire and the arrest of two 19-year-old men, according to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO).
Deputies say the incident began on September 23, when Brian Travis Reynolds allegedly changed the name on 20-year-old Vincent Munoz’s Netflix account to an insult. Feeling disrespected, Munoz agreed to fight Reynolds and his friend, Anthony Constante.
The confrontation took place outside a home in the 6000 block of Calle Briseno. Investigators say Reynolds and Constante jumped a fence to reach Munoz. During the fight, Reynolds allegedly handed a handgun from his waistband to Constante, who was seen on video striking Munoz while holding the weapon.
