After violent weekend across US, locals say emergency planning is key

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Gun attacks are rising in the United States, with a string of violence this past weekend that left four people dead in a Michigan church, three killed at a North Carolina restaurant and three people shot in downtown Columbia, Missouri after bars closed.
