Students, staff at Boulder high school say culture has changed after cell phone ban

LAFAYETTE, Colo. (KDVR) — Students and administrators in Boulder Valley School District speak about the new bell-to-bell cell phone ban in its high schools that began in January.

The cell phone ban means that students generally cannot have their phones out in class, during passing periods or during lunch. It had already been in effect at the district’s lower schools
