EASTON, Pa. — Due to final vendor delivery timelines and remodeling adjustments, a landmark Lehigh Valley restaurant being revitalized by new owners has announced revised dates for its highly anticipated return.
Pearly Baker’s Alehouse, offering freshly prepared pub fare, a full bar, live music and more, will now hold its soft reopening (invite-only) on Oct. 10 followed by its public grand reopening at 7 p.m. Oct. 11, according to an announcement shared by co-owner Philip Simonetta.
Simonetta and his brothers, Joseph and Michael, acquired Pearly Baker’s this summer and originally hoped to reopen the business this week.
