Niagara Falls Police were dispatched to the 1800 block of Walnut Avenue around 11:30am on September 25th after reports of criminal mischief and/or shots fired.
While investigating that call, a neighbor, now identified as Timothy Buncy, came out of his home.
He told officers that he “gave a warning shot” due to unknown parties breaking the windows of his neighbor’s home…
