EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Evansville Police say they have arrested a woman who used fraudulent transactions to steal money from a westside credit union.
According to officers, 25-year-old Elizabeth Nelson worked for Diamond Valley Credit Union on University Drive and completed 23 transactions from over 14 different accounts starting back in April.
In an affidavit, police say Nelson would help a customer with a transaction, and then would later withdraw an amount equal to, or sometimes more from the account.
