ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Mich. — A White Pigeon man is facing terrorism charges after allegedly making threats to harm employees at the St. Joseph County courthouse on Friday.
Lawrence Rice, 64, was arraigned on the following charges Monday:
- Threat of terrorism
- Terrorism – using the internet/telecommunications to commit
- Weapons – carrying concealed
Zachary Zuk, deputy chief with the St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Office, told News Channel 3 that Rice was making threats to harm employees over the phone.
