MERIDIAN TWP., Mich. (WILX) – Hagadorn Road was closed between Mount Hope Road and Bennett Road after a service train struck a car around 7 a.m. Wednesday.
Workers were in the process of shutting down the road for scheduled railway maintenance when the collision occurred.
The driver of the car disregarded the activated railway gate arms and entered the crossing.
