DENVILLE TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Morris County) — A Newark man was arrested Saturday evening after police say he created a disturbance in Denville Township and was later found to have multiple outstanding warrants.
According to police, officers responded around 7:21 p.m. Sept. 27 to a report of an irate male at 22 West Main St.
Responding officers said they encountered Jeffrey Bacon, 67, of Newark, who was reportedly upset after missing his bus. During the investigation, police determined Bacon had an active Newark National Crime Information Center (NCIC) warrant and additional warrants from Newark and Union Township…
