PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — The Starbucks on Thayer Street in Providence has closed as the coffee chain shrinks its footprint.
The signage has already been removed from the store.
Starbucks said last week that it would close hundreds of stores in the United States, Canada and Europe as part of a turnaround effort.
The company hasn’t said exactly how many stores are closing or where they are located…
