Southern California city enduring 3rd high school lockdown in 2 days

Two high schools in San Bernardino County were placed on lockdown Tuesday morning, one day after an active shooter threat closed a third high school campus in the city.

The Rialto Unified School District announced Tuesday’s first lockdown at Carter High School on 2630 N. Linden Ave. in Rialto shortly before 11:15 a.m.
