LEWISTON, Maine (WGME) — A man wanted for allegedly strangling a 5-year-old child in Massachusetts has been arrested in Maine.
The US Marshals Service says Dominque Bailey was arrested in Lewiston on Tuesday. He was wanted in Massachusetts on charges of assault and battery on a family member or household member and strangulation or suffocation.
