In an effort to spruce up city streets and neighborhoods, the City of El Paso, Texas, has issued a call to arms for all residents with a civic conscience and a bit of clutter. A social media post from the City of El Paso announced a community clean-up initiative, with the enticement of temporary dumpsters being placed in various districts to encourage proper waste disposal. According to the official Facebook post, households within the city limits are invited to bring their waste to designated dumpster locations, including Enchanted Hills Park for District 1 and at 3100 Jefferson Ave. for District 2.
Moving with the intent to not just clear the clutter but to propagate a sense of responsibility towards one’s surroundings, the clean-up suffuses every district with an opportunity: District 3 residents can carry their load to the 1500 Hawkins (Pool Parking Lot), while those hailing from District 5 can head over to the southwest corner of Montwood & Rich Beem. For the folks in District 6, Turn Road & Sharon Lane is where they can part with their unwanted items.
