A public forum to get voters up to speed on the proposed $4 billion sports and entertainment complex known as Project Marvel will take place this Tuesday on the South Side.
While there have been plenty of recent Project Marvel town halls, this meeting organized by the Hot Wells Mission Reach and Mission San Jose neighborhood associations stands out because it will feature speakers both for and against the development.
