COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Two women were charged Tuesday in connection with vehicle break-ins in unincorporated El Paso County.
According to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPSO), deputies received a report at 1:45 a.m. of two people trying to break into a vehicle in the 3000 block of Red Baron Drive.
