Watervliet, N.Y. (WNYT) – Firefighters say the fire on 7th Avenue between 19th and 23rd Streets had a great head start on them.
“What I heard was like a snap like a crackle and that’s when I really noticed the smoke,” said neighbor Sharon Vandenburgh.
The smoke could be seen from far away…
