RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — A man has been arrested in connection with a fatal hit-and-run early Wednesday in Richland County, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
James Hargrave, 55, is charged with leaving the scene of a collision involving death.
