EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – A heavy police presence has been reported at Eastland Apartments, and a neighbor says they have guns drawn at a complex.
A neighbor sent us photos of multiple police cars and an officer holding a gun on a tripod at a nearby complex building.
They say the area is taped off, and multiple police cruisers are on the scene…
