LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – State-level cuts across Kentucky could impact seniors who rely on programs like Meals on Wheels.
Funding cuts began Wednesday, Oct. 1, and will lead to about a 60% reduction. For Meals on Wheels, services would go from five meals a week for clients to just two.
