LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Louisville police have arrested a second person in connection to an August shooting near a Louisville high school.
Police arrested Troy Martin Jr., 20, of Louisville, charging him with five counts of wanton endangerment, one count of assault and one count of unlawful transaction with a minor, Louisville Metro Police spokesperson Aaron Ellis said.
The shooting happened Tues., Aug. 26 around 8:10 p.m. in the 1500 block of Congress Street, not far from the Central High School Stadium. The shooting prompted a shelter-in-place at the stadium during a high school soccer game…
