A Conecuh County man has been charged with possessing machine gun conversion devices, with enhanced charges under Alabama’s Criminal Enterprise Act.
Attorney General Steve Marshall says 22-year-old Jalen Demetrius Rodgers of Repton has been indicted on two-counts for the possession or selling of used parts designed to convert pistols into machine guns. Marshall said Rodgers did it to benefit a criminal enterprise.
