North Nashville residents urge action on rising issues near rescue mission

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Neighbors in North Nashville’s Salemtown community are raising concerns about the nearby Nashville Rescue Mission.

Adam Doyle, a resident for the past 10 years, told FOX 17 News, “We’ve had stuff that’s been stolen from our garage that’s in the alley here.”

While he appreciates the support for those in need, Doyle has noticed changes in the area, including “just open drinking, things like that” and “the smell of drugs.”…
