The Cheltenham Township Police Department announced today that at about 1:40am on Saturday, September 27, officers responded to the 7500 block of New Second Street for a report of shots fired.
According to their post, a preliminary investigation determined that two vehicles were traveling southbound and the occupants were shooting at each other. At least one house was struck with projectiles.
Police recovered more than a dozen fired cartridge cases from at least three different firearms (rifle and pistol). No injuries have been reported…
