4:16pm The Reporting Party (RP) at Dollar Tree on Vine Street said a man acted erratically and spoke to himself in the store. Subsequently, the man left the store without paying for items he took. The RP wanted to press charges and file trespassing paperwork against the man. Officers responded and located the man outside of Safeway.
