LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The first indication for many about the government shutdown appeared at the Clinton Presidential Library on Wednesday. Would-be guests were met by a sign informing visitors that the library is closed temporarily.
“I wasn’t sure that it was a part of the national [government] shutdown with it being a presidential museum, so I wasn’t aware of it being closed,” said Cathleen Nuxoll, who is visiting Arkansas with her husband.
