A Gainesville man was charged with felony aggravated assault and theft by taking a motor vehicle in connection to a domestic incident on Sept. 23.
Hall County Sheriff’s Office deputies reportedly responded to a residence on Tulip Drive just before 7 p.m. to investigate the domestic dispute.
