MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) — Mobile County Sheriff Paul Burch addressed the video a bystander recorded of two MCSO deputies on top of an alleged undocumented immigrant on Tuesday morning.

The video shows a deputy punching Henry Castillo in the back of the head while he was face down after he tried to resist arrest at a traffic stop on Dauphin Island Parkway.
“Henry Castillo decided he wanted to fight the deputies. He was tased twice, which was ineffective,” Sheriff Burch said.
Sheriff Burch said the video only showed a small portion of what actually happened. Burch said Castillo grabbed one deputy around the neck and vest before deputies took him to the ground…
