Grand jury will hear evidence against man accused of stealing skid steer

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A Mobile County judge said there is enough evidence against the man accused of stealing a skid steer and leading police on a chase on Interstate 10 to send the case to a grand jury.

The suspect has been in the hospital for months and sources said he’s paralyzed.
