The Folsom Waste and Recycling Division will again conduct random, periodic visual audits of curbside garbage, recycling and organics bins next month, the city announced last week.
Like the last two years, these annual route reviews are mandated by California Senate Bill 1383 and Folsom municipal code, requiring residents to place recyclables, organics and garbage in the appropriate collection bins.
