A Wilmington teen carrying drugs and a loaded gun was arrested Monday after crashing a stolen car in Newark following a police chase.
The incident began at approximately 1 p.m. when state troopers on patrol on South Walnut Street in Wilmington spotted a Kia Sportage that had been reported stolen from Philadelphia, according to a Delaware State Police spokesperson.
