Innovive Health, a home health care agency serving complex behavioral health patients, last week opened its new Iowa office in Des Moines. Innovive’s care model focuses on effectively treating patients who have multiple medical comorbidities with complicating behavioral illness, a news release said. The model aims to reduce emergency room visits and in-patient readmission.
