For a Lubbock, Texas car detailer, a haggling hassle with one customer went from annoying to absurd. So, Devin, of Devin’s Auto Spa LBK (@devinsautospalubbock), took to TikTok with a question: Why do “the cheapest customers always have the most to say?”
