Public health workers team up for a mass vaccination exercise

LAWRENCE COUNTY, Mo. — Multiple Public Health agencies are meeting in Lawrence County to practice a drive-through mass vaccination scenario.

The Lawrence County Health Department and its new facility are well-suited for a large-scale drive-through vaccination clinic, with large bays and driveways surrounding the building. It also serves as a central meeting location for the multiple agencies.

About 19 agencies were in attendance for the exercise, with close to 150 public health workers involved.
