MURRAY, Utah (ABC4) — The daughter of a Murray woman struck by two vehicles and killed in a hit-and-run accident in July discusses her loss, and the lack of answers after two months.
Shortly after 11 p.m. on July 31, 53-year-old Kimberley Jean Jespersen was crossing 4500 South from the southeast corner of State Street, when a dark colored hatchback passenger car turning east from State Street struck her in the crosswalk. Police described this as a minor collision.
This driver stopped and Jespersen is seen on surveillance footage standing at the driver’s side window of the vehicle in the eastbound lanes. Shortly after, the light changed, and a dark colored truck approached the intersection…
