ALBANY — The treasurer for the Albany County Democratic Committee was arrested Wednesday and charged with running up a tab of roughly $20,000 on a party committee credit card.
Nana Clark, 49, was arraigned in city court Wednesday and charged with third-degree grand larceny, a felony, after being picked up by Albany County sheriff deputies outside the Albany County Board of Elections, where she works.
