CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals ordered the release of video at the heart of a contentious 2019 friendly fire shooting in north Charlotte.
The shooting happened six years ago but has remained shrouded in secrecy after a federal judge ruled to keep video in the case under seal.
