HARRISONBURG, Va. (WHSV) – A Harrisonburg man facing charged with animal cruelty and hit-and-run was back in court for a sentencing hearing Thursday.
David Liguori was charged following a May 7 incident outside the Lowe’s in Harrisonburg off Linda Lane.
