COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – Family and friends of the 12-year-old who died from a rare brain-eating amoeba infection this summer will gather this weekend to honor him.
On Oct. 4, members of the community will gather at Altitude Trampoline Park from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. to celebrate the life and legacy of Jaysen Carr, a 12-year-old student at Hand Middle School who passed this summer on what would have been his 13th birthday.
