LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — This week, Lexington has played host to a national conference spotlighting safety and addressing confidentiality in domestic violence and human trafficking situations.
“Whether it’s human trafficking or abuse in the household, what have you, raising awareness is the most important part of our job,’ Secretary of State Michael Adams told FOX 56 on Thursday.

Adams said it’s a problem even he was pretty skeptical of, thinking this only happens in the big cities.
