LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – An 18-year-old Lexington man has been charged in connection with a shooting that injured two teenagers in August.
Jaycion Higgins was arrested on Wednesday on assault charges related to the shooting on Chestnut Ridge Drive, according to police.
The incident left two teenagers injured, police said.
