MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A suspect caught on surveillance video was shown stopping their vehicle on the side of the road to steal tires from a vehicle parked in the car lot of the Jim Keras Nissan dealership on Covington Pike, according to Memphis Police.
Officers say they responded to the theft a little after 1:30 a.m. on September 14.
