MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Four men accused of participating in a rolling gunbattle on Interstate 65 in Saraland in September last year will be tried as adults, a judge ruled Thursday.
Attorneys for the defendants had asked that they be treated as “youthful offenders,” which would have sealed their records and capped any possible punishment at three years.
