ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Multiple health insurers are scaling back on healthcare plan offerings for 2026, specifically, Medicare Advantage Plans, given reduced government reimbursements and rising costs.
A viewer, who did not want to be identified, sent News 8 a letter that she received from her insurance provider, Excellus, stating that she was being terminated, and that her current Medicare Advantage Plan will no longer be available come 2026.
