Some teachers in the Syracuse City School District are experiencing significant payroll issues, with some not receiving the correct amount of money or any payment at all.
The problem, which began in July, became more apparent in September when most district employees returned for the school year. The Syracuse Teachers Association is looking to software company Oracle for a solution, the company responsible for managing the payroll.
