The trials of three Marcy Correctional Facility officers in connection with the death of Robert Brooks are set.
On Wednesday morning, correction officers Matthew Galliher and Nicholas Kieffer rejected revised plea deals in the case. Both face murder, manslaughter and gang assault charges.
