MADISON, Wis. — Enough is enough — that’s what Monona’s top cop says about repeat violent offenders — after he says one of them was behind the chase and crash that put a Madison police officer in the hospital Saturday.
“These tow trucks are used to tow vehicles, right? They’re heavy duty vehicles. They’re not easily stopped,” Chief Brian Chaney said. “It is a moving death machine is in the hands of the wrong person.”
