A judge sentenced an Aurora man to five years in prison after he pleaded guilty to a fatal hit-and-run that occured in April.
Michael Graham-Hyde, 73, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident involving death and careless driving resulting in death in connection with a crash that killed a pedestrian and his dog on April 3, according to a news release from the 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office.
In addition to his five-year sentence, Graham-Hyde will also serve an additional five years on parole and pay $18,000 in restitution, the release says…
