Pedestrian struck, killed on Arkadelphia Road exit identified

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — The identity of a woman struck and killed on the Arkadelphia Road exit ramp was released Friday morning.

The woman, 40-year-old Shontea Renee Baker, was struck by a semi-truck exiting the interstate around 10:26 a.m. Wednesday.
